Sujit worked hard to demystify the home buying process and continually
checked to make sure that it was transparent as possible.  He readily
accommodated our schedules, paid close attention to our concerns, and
developed working relationships with other Realtors.  When
we realized that our favorite place was one we had viewed several
weeks earlier, Sujit made those relationships work.  The seller was
resistant because of the down market, but the two agents tenaciously
fashioned a compromise that was acceptable to all.  We are pleased
